Purpose and scope of these website terms
These terms explain the intended use of the public Medviora Health LLC website and its informational and business-inquiry features.
A website visit, a downloaded page or a business inquiry does not create a services agreement. The scope of an actual engagement, commercial terms, professional responsibilities, access and other obligations must be addressed separately.
Educational information, not professional advice
Service pages, articles and frequently asked questions provide general information about operational workflows. They are not individualized medical advice, legal advice, coding instructions, a coverage determination or a reimbursement recommendation.
Do not rely on a website overview as the sole basis for patient care, claim submission, a contract decision or a regulatory interpretation. Your organization should obtain the qualified clinical, coding, legal or other professional review appropriate to the matter.
No provider-patient relationship or emergency service
Using this site, reviewing a program description or contacting Medviora through the inquiry form does not create a provider-patient relationship, enroll a patient or authorize treatment. The website does not provide individualized clinical assessment, medical triage or emergency response. Patients should communicate care questions to their treating providers through the channels those providers specify.
Do not use the website, public email address or social-media links for urgent clinical concerns. Remote monitoring and administrative coordination should not be assumed to provide continuous emergency observation. For a medical emergency in the United States, call 911. Follow the treating team’s instructions for non-emergency clinical questions and program participation.
Services are defined through a separate engagement
Medviora’s stated service areas include RPM, RCM, RTM, CCM, provider credentialing, medical coding, front-office support, appointment scheduling, Annual Wellness Visit support, Transitional Care Management support and Principal Care Management support. A page describing a service is an invitation to discuss needs, rather than a representation that every task is included in every engagement.
Before work begins, the parties should agree on the specific scope, fees, responsibilities, communication expectations, access, reporting and onboarding requirements. Website examples do not establish a staffing commitment, a contract price or a particular implementation deadline.
Clinical oversight and organizational responsibilities
Treating providers retain responsibility for clinical judgment, patient-specific decisions and the clinical oversight required for their programs. Administrative or operational support does not remove professional obligations. Patient eligibility, consent, appropriate care plans, clinical escalation and other care responsibilities must be assigned to qualified individuals through the applicable workflow and agreements.
Your organization remains responsible for confirming the authority of people providing information or requesting access on its behalf. Billing, clinical, privacy and administrative responsibilities should be defined rather than inferred from a marketing page.
Payer, coding and reimbursement considerations
Coverage and reimbursement depend on factors that can include patient eligibility, medical necessity, documentation, coding, service requirements, timing, payer policy and contract terms. Descriptions of billing support or care programs do not establish that an individual service, device, patient or claim qualifies for payment.
Medviora does not state a guaranteed collection amount, reimbursement outcome, approval date or denial reduction through this website. Credentialing and payer enrollment also involve decisions outside the website’s control. Review current applicable requirements with appropriately qualified professionals before relying on a billing approach or combining services in a care-management program.
Patient information, confidentiality and HIPAA
Do not enter protected health information, medical records, patient lists, sensitive identifiers, provider credentials or system passwords in the public inquiry form. This website does not operate as a patient portal or establish a secure clinical exchange process. The appropriate channel must be discussed before confidential records are shared for a proposed engagement.
Where HIPAA applies, the parties must evaluate their roles and responsibilities under the applicable Privacy, Security and Breach Notification Rules. Any required Business Associate Agreement and service-specific safeguards must be addressed separately. Website language about privacy does not establish certification, replace an agreement or authorize a use or disclosure of patient information.
Business inquiries and email-draft functionality
The contact form prepares a draft in your email application. You are responsible for reviewing and sending it. The site does not confirm email delivery, acceptance of work or a response by a specified time. Your email service and the recipient’s service operate independently of the website’s form interface.
Keep inquiries relevant to legitimate business needs, and provide accurate contact information. Do not submit information that is confidential to another party without authorization. Sending an inquiry does not replace onboarding or the agreements needed for services.
Reasonable access and permitted website use
You may read the public pages and use the contact features to learn about Medviora’s services or raise a legitimate business question. Respect other visitors, the website’s availability and the rights of the organizations referenced here.
Do not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, evade access controls, impersonate another organization or use contact features for deceptive or abusive submissions. Automated access must respect applicable law and reasonable technical restrictions imposed by the website or its hosting provider.
Website material, branding and illustrative images
The text, page design, brand treatment and other material on the website are provided for learning about Medviora and its services. Applicable intellectual-property rights remain with their respective owners. Access to a public page does not grant permission to reuse a logo, imply an endorsement or reproduce protected material for an unrelated commercial purpose.
Photographic-style images used on the site are illustrative. They should not be interpreted as identifying actual Medviora employees, clients, clinical premises or an included device inventory. References to third-party services or product categories do not establish a manufacturer relationship, a reseller authorization or certification for a particular device.
Third-party websites, systems and compatibility
Links to Facebook, Instagram and other external services lead to organizations that operate under their own terms and notices. Review the destination before providing information, creating an account or downloading material. External links do not authorize clinical communication or patient-information exchange.
Compatibility with an EHR, billing platform, scheduling system, monitoring device or other tool must be evaluated for a proposed engagement. A listed category does not guarantee integration. Your organization should confirm access permissions, technical requirements, vendor terms and any information-handling arrangements before a connection is implemented.
Availability, accuracy and website limitations
We aim to present useful information, but public pages may contain omissions, outdated material or typographical errors. Availability can be affected by maintenance, hosting, network conditions or other events. The website is not a continuously available clinical or operational system.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, website material is provided without a promise that it is complete, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular decision. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibilities for an actual service engagement belong in the applicable agreement, rather than being inferred from a website limitation.
Website terms and separate agreements
These website terms address public informational features; they are not a substitute for a client services agreement, Business Associate Agreement, payer contract or a provider’s patient-facing documents. Ask which terms apply before sharing information or requesting work.
Questions about an established engagement, including responsibility for services or resolving a disagreement, belong under its applicable agreements and legal requirements. This website notice does not replace those provisions or restrict any rights that cannot lawfully be restricted. Ask for clarification before relying on a proposed arrangement.
Updates and contacting Medviora
