FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The details, explained.
Answers to common questions about our services, your organization’s responsibilities and how to get started.

Getting started
Who does Medviora work with?
Medviora works with healthcare providers, hospitals and clinics seeking care-program, revenue-cycle and practice-operations support. We review your organization, priorities and requirements before agreeing on a service scope.
Can we start with one service?
Yes. You can discuss RPM, RCM, RTM, CCM or another available service individually. Any additional services, timing and responsibilities are agreed with your organization.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the service scope, workflow, patient population and systems involved. Contact our team for a proposal based on your needs; no fixed rates are published here.
How long does onboarding take?
Timing depends on access, technology, staffing, agreements and the scope of work. An onboarding plan is discussed after the initial assessment.
Programs & operations
Will you work with our current systems?
We review your EHR, billing and device workflows before making a recommendation. Compatibility, integration and access must be confirmed for your specific systems.
Who is responsible for clinical care?
Your treating providers retain clinical oversight and decision-making. Operational responsibilities, escalation routes and communication are defined with your organization.
Do you guarantee reimbursement?
No. Eligibility, medical necessity, coding, documentation, payer policy and individual coverage affect reimbursement. Each program needs a specific review.
Are RPM and RTM the same?
No. They support different types of information and have different requirements. Visit the RPM and RTM pages for an overview, and confirm the applicable rules for your program.
Privacy & contact
Should I send patient information through this website?
No. Do not enter protected health information, clinical records or patient identifiers in the general inquiry form or public email inquiry. Ask our team about an appropriate communication channel.
How does the contact form work?
The form prepares a draft in your email application. Review the draft and send it there. A website message does not confirm enrollment or create a clinical care relationship.
Is remote monitoring an emergency service?
No. Do not rely on this website or a remote monitoring program for emergency response. For a medical emergency in the United States, call 911.
